Dear Seabrook Orchards Resident

As you may be aware a ‘residents’ group’ has formed in recent weeks to represent the community on a number of issues.

We have set up a mailing list (over 100 residents have signed up) to whom we send updates of community issues and news. If you are not yet on the mailing list and would like to be included, please send your details to rev.andrew.sails@gmail.com

In order to be able to fully represent this community we have decided to set up a residents’ group with the appropriate authority from you, the residents.

To this end we invite you to attend a meeting to vote on the electing the officers of the group and adopt a constitution. The persons standing for election are those who have put themselves forward and supported the setting up of the group to date.

We invite attendees to join us for an informal discussion after the formal business of the meeting.
